2. Products and Services DBM offers a range of handcrafted designer products, furniture, and consultancy services. Due to the handmade nature of our products (crafted by traditional artisans and differently-abled groups), minor variations in color, finish, and dimensions are natural and certify the authenticity of the craft.
3. Intellectual Property All designs, text, and imagery – including the “Maulshree” brand narrative and specific product designs derived from our workshops (2011–2017) – are the intellectual property of Designs By Maulshree. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
4. Pricing and Payment Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
5. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
