Our Commitment to Quality
At DBM, every product has a story and a process. We want you to love the piece you receive. However, if you are not satisfied, our policy is as follows:
1. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund if not dispatched.
- After 24 hours, if the production process/packaging has begun, a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Returns We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Damaged/Defective Product: If the product arrives damaged. Please report this within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.
3. Returns/Cancellations are not accepted in case of custom products. All custom-designed products are made specifically based on your preferences and requirements. Therefore, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We request you to kindly review your order carefully before placing it.
Note: As our products are handcrafted using natural materials (like Bamboo, Wood, Natural Fibers), slight variations in texture or color are not considered defects.
4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
